SALES  INFORMATION
In order to expedite processing of your order, some merchandise will be shipped direct to you by the manufacturer.  Therefore, your credit card, check or money order will be cleared through our system upon placement of your order.  COD's not accepted.

Our goal is that you will be completely satisfied with the merchandise you order.  If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact us for a replacement or credit of full purchase price, excluding shipping/handling charges, within 30 days.  All returns must be returned in saleable condition, accompanied by packing list/invoice, original tags, and packaging for prompt processing.

Remember, just because you don't see an item on our site, that doesn't necessarily mean we don't have it, since we are constantly adding more items and just may not have reached that item yet. So, just send us an email & we'll be happy to respond!!!!!!!!! DELIVERY  INFORMATION
Delivery will normally occur within 1 to 1 1/2 weeks after receipt of your credit card order. However, occasionally a situation, beyond our control, may delay your shipment an additional 1-2 weeks. Please plan your purchases accordingly.

Standard delivery charges within the 48 mainland states are noted on the Shopping Cart Order Form and are shipped USPS Priority Mail (1st shipping choice) or UPS Ground Service (no PO Box addresses accepted). Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. possessions will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, where possible, and may be subject to additional charges--if so, we will notify you for your approval before processing any additional charge to your account.

All product prices are quoted and payable in U.S. $.
